After activation this plugin. Go to WordPress Settings >> Discussion. Now scroll down and you can see the Comment Attachment section to configure the plugin settings.

Here you can see different options to select as you like. Such as attachment title, size, display attachment field, the position of attachment and more.

There is another section Allowed File Types. Here you need to select which types of files you want to allow for attachment? There are different types of files such as JPG, GIF, PNG, PDF, DOC, and more. You have to check the box that you want to allow.
