Clear Cookies from Browsers

If you want to deactivate your theme then open FTP client and go /wp-content/ >> themes. Rename your current theme directory to anything.
If you don’t have default theme the go to WordPress theme repository and download the current default theme.
Deleting the .htaccess File
Though the.htaccess file is a crucial file, but sometimes it can be corrupted that create this login page refreshing and redirecting issue.
If your .htaccess file becomes corrupted you need to delete this file to fix WordPress login page refreshing and redirecting issue.
Open your website through FTP client. Then you need to backup .htaccess file in your device such as a computer. Now delete .htaccess file from your website’s root directory. Then try to login to your admin panel, if you succeed that mean your .htaccess file is responsible. Then go to Settings >> Permalinks and then click Save. It will generate a new .htaccess file.
Update Site URL
Sometimes site URL can be a cause for this issue but it is rare. If you think site URL can fix this issue, you need to login to your site using FTP. Then edit wp-config.php file by adding the following two codes in wp-config.php file.
Replace http://www.yoursite.com with your site URL. Now Save and hope you have done.
